Strengthen your glutes, legs and core to fabulous tunes and easy to follow choreographed routines with high & low options for all abilities! Boogie Bounce bands come with a Velcro & Buckle Fastening System which means that even the highest resistance band is easy to get on and won’t slip or roll up. LIVE Facebook sessions @ 10 am on Saturdays

    About Me

    I am a qualified group fitness instructor with over 5 years of experience in delivering fun and effective exercise programmes for people living in High Wycombe and its surrounding areas.
    2020 has seen me adapt my fitness business online and broaden my programme offerings. This has, in turn, helped so many people to keep fit in the safety of their own homes throughout lockdown and beyond.

    I love motivating others, I love connecting people and I will love helping you.
    Fitness shouldn't be a chore and I believe strongly in offering fun and varied workouts that will leave a smile on your face and a sense of achievement afterward.
    It is not only important to exercise for our physical health and immunity, but also our mental wellbeing.

    I love Boogie Bounce! It's a great way to keep fit as is fun and energetic but tones everything too! Lock down hasn't stopped Marie either as she has lent out the kit so we can keep up the bouncing from the comfort of our homes!
