Boogie Bounce

Indoor classes are making a come back! As of 3rd June 2021, we will be operating community classes once more, at Loudwater Centre and in order to keep everyone safe, we ask all participants to follow our agreed covid secure procedures. These will be made available to you at the time of your booking and a procedure check list included in your emailed confirmation.

SUMMER SESSIONS - Mondays ' 7pm  / Thursdays @ 7pm

Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The programme consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. 

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.
